OUR FIRST RELEASE
The Dead Sea Mineral Face Cream is currently available for pre-order.
The current estimated pre-order dispatch date is:

A pre-order reserves a product before it is ready for dispatch.
The estimated dispatch date is separate from the shipping transit time after dispatch.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to production, logistics or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant change affects your pre-order, we will contact you using the information supplied during checkout.
6. PRICES & CURRENCY
Product prices displayed on the website are those shown at the time an order is placed.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
For international orders, your bank, card provider or payment service may apply currency conversion or other transaction charges that are outside THE EAST STARS’ control.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors.
If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you before proceeding where appropriate.
7. ORDERS

After completing checkout, you will normally receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order.

THE EAST STARS ships internationally from Israel.
At launch, shipping is planned for the:
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Germany and selected destinations across Europe.
Where available, customers may choose between:
Standard International Shipping — using Israel Post ECO POST where available.
Express International Shipping — using UPS or DHL Express where available.
All shipped orders should include tracking.
Shipping availability, costs and applicable services depend on the destination and will be displayed or confirmed as part of the order process.

10. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other destination-specific charges.
